Ram Anandappa

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Anandappa serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund. Mr. Anandappa has extensive experience with investment in real estate and mortgages. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and as a mortgage broker and as a realtor. His background is exclusive to management roles in mortgage originations and operations. Mr. Anandappa oversees the entire operation of LendEase Direct Mortgage Investment Corporation from portfolio management and strategic planning for raising and managing capital.

Renuka Selvakumar, AMP

President

Ms. Renuka Selvakumar serves as the president of the organization. Ms. Selvakumar is responsible for the organization’s corporate structure, operations including sales, marketing, origination operations and client services. Ms. Selvakumar is also responsible for setting lending business strategies, fostering partnerships and establishing technology requirements to support and sustain the business growth.

Ms. Selvakumar has been a licensed mortgage broker and managing partner of a top performing brokerage for over 10 years. She has all-encompassing knowledge in the mortgage industry and a wide network in the lending industry. In addition, she has experience in the mortgage and real estate investment industry. Ms. Selvakumar’s experience is not only mortgage and investments she is also the Broker of Record for a #1 leading brand franchise in GTA. Her main function is overseeing and implementing governing policies and corporate compliance.

Dr. Victor Quach, OD

Vice President

Dr. Victor Quach is a certified doctor of optometry in Canada and the United States. He owns several optometry clinics in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario and leads a team of doctor associates. Dr. Quach serves as the Vice President of LendEase Direct MIC and also a licensed exempt market dealer. As Vice President of LendEase Direct MIC, Dr. Quach was instrumental in developing the corporation’s platform.

Dr. Victor’s mission is to build a “best in the industry” team of Dealer representatives to promote and raise funds with the highest integrity, transparency in an easy and no nonsense format.

Sarah Strauss

Regional Vice President (Western Canada)

Sarah has over 9 years of experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. She owns and successfully operates a Mortgage Alliance franchise with 4 office locations. Sarah’s candid attitude is valued and appreciated by both personal & corporate business clients as she shares valuable insight - her trials, tribulations and victories, on mastering business growth, team leadership and innovation. Through Sarah’s long standing network in the West, she is able to not only raise funds for the MIC, but find profitable mortgage loans to fund.

Vyshnee Giritharan

Manager of Corporate Finance

Vyshnee brings over 6 years of experience in the financial industry with an accounting and underwriting background. Ms. Giritharan has held roles in managing accounts payable/receivable, the financial close process and the administering of the existing mortgage portfolio which are her key functions at LendEase. Vyshnee also brings forth well rounded and in-depth knowledge of the company’s core functions in originating and underwriting conforming and non-conforming files.

Tahseen Quadri

Senior Underwriter

Tahseen is a licensed Mortgage Broker and comes with over 20 years underwriting experience in residential and commercial mortgages. She works closely with management to enhance the private lending sector of LendEase. Tahseen underwrites each deal sent to LendEase Direct MIC through the Broker channel. With Tahseen’s extensive experience in underwriting, LendEase is able to cycle funds into successful mortgage loans that follow the MIC’s strict lending guidelines.

Arulvily Arumugam

Business Development Manager (Toronto East & West)

Ms. Arulvily comes with over 5 years of experience in various roles in sales and marketing. Ms. Arulvily joined our team February 2020 and is our Business Development Manager for the Toronto East & West Sales Team.
